Ceiling lamp size 30CM, suitable for 5-8 square meters.

Color options:
【RC Dimmable】: With Remote Control function. Brightness dimmable, color temperature changeable.

Warm Tips：
When using remote, you can change brightness, lamp is dimmable.
Also, you can change the color temperature stepless from Warm white to Neutral white to Cold white.
Meanwhile, you can turn on/off the wall switch to change with three color temperature from warm white
Neutral white to Cold white.

The remote control range is 5~8m, remote control is IR.
If the distance is less than 8m, one remote control can control one light.
If the distance is less than 8m, one remote control can control lamps in the range of 5~8m.
If you buy two or more RC dimmable, It is recommended that the range between the two lamps more than 5~8m.

Pay attention to :
1. The wall switch has no memory function. So if you use the wall switch.. it will change the color every time.. will not set the color of the light.
2. The remote control has a memory function. So if you want o keep the color which one you like.. you can use the remote to turn on / off it.
3. Only RC dimmable has remote, other color options need to be controlled by wall switch!
4. If the lamp can’t work when you receive it, please kindly check your connection of power supply at first.

High demand: please expect 2-4 weeks for items to arrive (to be safe)/ Limit 10 per person.

We provide free worldwide shipping for all orders above $75*! Any order below this amount will be charged a flat rate of $9.95.
Please note - Heavy and Fragile items are subject to additional shipping charges that levied on a per product basis. These items are not eligible for Free Shipping Over $75.

Return Policy

Shopping for your home should be fun, so don’t be afraid to mix things up! If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.
You can choose between a refund in store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
Ecrudeco does not cover the cost of return shipping. As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will begin to process the return which will take 2-4 business days.

Damage or Defective Items

We know how frustrating this situation can be. Return shipping for damaged or defective items is free.
We’ll provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Be sure to complete this process within 30 days of the delivery date.
We apologize for your less than perfect experience.

Return Shipping Guidelines

Our returns team will be able to provide you with the closest location for you to ship the return. We will process your return within 3-5 business days of us receiving the product.
If you can include a tracking number for us for the return the package, it will make it easier for us to ensure your return is processed as soon as possible! We do not cover costs for return shipping.
Return timeframes depend on how soon you are able to ship the products and when we receive them.

Who Pays for Custom Duties/Taxes?

Customs taxes and duties are regulated by your government and postal office. As per our Shipment Policy, the customer is responsible for paying customs duties/taxes.

How can I cancel my order?

As long as your product has not been submitted for fulfillment by us, we can cancel the return. There are no costs to cancel an order if it hasn't been shipped!
We often submit items for fulfillment within a few hours, so the faster you can let us know about the cancellation, the more likely we'll be able to do it.
If your order has been shipped, we ask that you follow our return policy in order to get a full refund once you receive your product!
